What information do I need to create an agreement?
When creating an agreement, you'll need to provide several critical details to ensure accuracy and completeness:
- Parties Involved:
- Make sure you have your company’s full legal name, addresses, and contact information
- You will be asked to provide the other party’s full legal name, but if you are unsure, don’t worry, to make it easier on you, they will be asked to correct it and to input their own notice address information.
- Agreement Timeframe:
- The dates upon which you want the agreement to start and end
- Agreement-Specific Details:
- For service: A description of the services and deliverables, and any particular resources or responsibilities either you or the other party will provide or have, a description of the fees, and the applicable payment terms you wish to have.
- For NDAs: In additional to our general description, you may want to further specify certain additional confidential information.
