How do I add custom terms and clauses to an agreement?

VirtualTerms provides a broad, solid base for each agreement type, but we understand that you may need to include custom terms unique to your business. That's why we make it simple to add your own clauses to any agreement.

Within the Virtual Terms key terms editor for your agreement, you can add custom clauses two ways:  

• Navigate to the section where you want to add a custom clause and  edit the text box and add it to that provision.  
• Or, at the end there will be an “Additional Terms” text box where you can add any additional provisions or you can amend any of the key terms or standard terms.
