How do I access and download signed agreements?

After both parties have signed your agreement, we will email both of you a .pdf of the signed agreement.  Keep this email and the .pdf for your permanent records. 

But as part of your subscription, we also securely store all your signed agreements, making it easy to access and download them when needed. To find a completed agreement, log in to your Virtual Terms account and navigate to the Dashboard.

Here, you'll see a list of all your fully executed agreements.  You can filter based upon certain dates or use the search bar to quickly find a specific agreement by agreement name or counterparty name.

Click on Preview to view the key terms and standard terms for that agreement.

To download the agreement, simply click the "Download" button. Virtual Terms will generate a PDF copy of the signed agreement, which you can save to your device or share with others.
