Cancelling your VirtualTerms account

If you no longer need your VirtualTerms account, you can cancel it at any time. Prepaid amounts for monthly plans are not refundable, however you will  maintain access through the end of your then current monthly billing cycle.  Prepaid amounts for annual plans are not refundable, however you will maintain access through the end of that annual billing cycle. 

In each case, please note that by cancelling your account you will lose access to your  agreements and related data.  If cancelling, you should ensure that you have downloaded all of your agreements, especially your signed agreements, and/or kept the final emailed .pdf. We will not maintain agreements and data for cancelled accounts indefinitely and they will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
