Can I save an agreement as a draft?

Absolutely! VirtualTerms allows you to save your agreements as drafts, giving you the flexibility to work on them at your own pace and make changes as needed.

So, at any time, if you need to stop or if you’re not ready to send the agreement yet, you can click the “X” to close it (or any other button). Your draft will be saved.  When you're ready to finalize your draft agreement, you can come back to work with your draft in a few ways:

  • Go to your Dashboard to find your draft. Click the Edit icon.
  • Click Create/Edit, then Choose From Existing Agreement to find your draft.  You can edit (or copy & edit) from there.

Once you're satisfied with the content, you can proceed to share the agreement with the relevant parties for review and signature. Click Send to go to the Send screen, pick your agreement, and send it.  See Sending Your Agreement below for more.

Remember, there's no limit to the number of drafts you can save in VirtualTerms, so feel free to use this feature as often as needed to ensure your agreements are tailored to your specific requirements.
